Curriculum
Every PYRI class consists of the following components:
- Warm-up, Flexibility and Suppleness
- High-Impact Strength/Cardio & Plyometric Interval Training
- Low-Impact Core/Abdominal/Hip/Gluts Interval Training
- Sword Drills
- Sword Paired/Interactive Sets
- Sword Dance Sets
- Cool-down and Meditative Breathing ("The Secret")

Levels of Progression and Advancement:
- Level I - Earth (Red): Requirement is to be proficient in the first 4 sword dances with a single wooden sword in hand.
- Level II - Water (Orange): Requirement is to be proficient in the first 4 sword dances with double wooden swords in hand.
- Level III - Fire (Yellow): Requirement is to be proficient in the first 4 sword dances with a single wooden sword and shield in hand.
- Level IV - Wind (Green): Requirement is to be proficient in paired-off sword sets between two opponents and understand actual application.
- Level V - Sky (Blue): Requirement is to be proficient in multiple opponent sword interaction and understand actual application.
